Job summary

QTS Realty Trust is seeking a Development Project Manager (Data Center Construction) to lead design, preconstruction and construction activities across campus sites. You will interact daily with Facilities, Contractors, Designers, Engineers, Commissioning Agents, Vendors, and Data Center Operations staff to ensure projects meet budgets and schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Five+ years of professional experience in commercial construction.
• Experience with Lump Sum, CM@Risk, and Design Build project delivery methods.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint for updates; Excel for budgets).
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage design, preconstruction and construction activities on projects.
• Maintain budgets, schedules and status reports for each project.
• Coordinate with facilities, contractors, designers, engineers and vendors.
