Job summary

QTS Data Centers is seeking a Development Project Manager (Data Center Construction MEPR) to lead design, preconstruction, and construction activities on assigned projects. You will interact daily with Facilities, Contractors, Designers, Engineers, and Operations staff to ensure effective communication and delivery.

Responsibilities include managing multiple campus projects, updating executive dashboards, and coordinating with stakeholders to deliver on time, within budget, and to quality

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
Five or more years of professional experience in commercial construction practices and procedures.
Experience with MS Office (PowerPoint for updates, Excel for budgets).

Responsibilities

Lead design, preconstruction and construction activities across projects.
Maintain budgets, schedules and status reports for each campus.
Create master development programs and manage entitlement and permitting needs.
