Job summary

Vantage Data Centers LLC is seeking a Senior Construction Manager in Reno, NV to lead one or more data center projects from preconstruction through turnover to Operations. You will manage a team of project engineers and coordination with design-build partners, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality objectives are met.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in construction project engineering with CSA/MEP experience and data center exposure.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field or equivalent experience.
7+ years as a project engineer overseeing construction of increasing complexity; 10+ years preferred.
Experience in CSA (civil, structural, architectural) and MEP construction management.
Data center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor construction teams, aligning with project goals and KPIs.
Manage preconstruction, buyout, and scope alignment with contractors.
Oversee scheduling, budget tracking, forecasting, and EAC with Project Controls.
Coordinate with design, operations, and stakeholders to ensure design intent and compliance.
Drive safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across sites.
Administer contractor billing and progress tracking; drive continuous improvement.
