Job summary

Vantage Data Centers is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to drive core construction coordination across multiple data center projects. The role requires direct collaboration with internal teams and design-build partners, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Based on-site in Phoenix, AZ, the position emphasizes submittal/RFI processing, cost control, and close coordination with Operations throughout each project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent with 3+ years as a Project Engineer in construction.
• Data Center experience preferred.
• Experience in CSA and MEP construction management is a strong plus.
• Travel approximately 10% is expected.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate submittal/RFI workflow and maintain safety reporting.
• Manage design coordination and project closeout activities.
• Oversee change orders and contractor billing processes.
• Collaborate with Operations to coordinate campus construction.
• Maintain project documentation, permits, and file controls.
