Job summary

Vantage is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to lead project delivery across one or more data center buildings. You will oversee preconstruction, procurement, construction, commissioning, and turnover to Operations, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time performance.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive CSA/MEP experience, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to align design with cost objectives. Travel is expected 10–30%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
• 7+ years as a project engineer or equivalent; 10+ preferred.
• Experience in CSA and MEP construction management is required.
• Data Center experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction teams and mentor staff to meet goals.
• Oversee delivery across buildings: scope, schedule, budget, and objectives.
• Manage preconstruction, due diligence, and buyout activities with contractors.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, design teams, and operations.
• Own project financials: forecasting, reporting, and EAC tracking.
