Job summary

Vantage Data Centers seeks a Senior Construction Projects Director to lead development, design, permitting and construction of multiple data center projects onsite. You will oversee several teams, coordinate with sales, operations and executives to drive the company’s strategic objectives.

This role requires 10–12 years in construction management (12–15 preferred), data center and CSA/MEP experience, and proficiency with MS Project or P6.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or equivalent experience.
• 10–12 years of management experience; 12–15 years preferred.
• Complex and technical construction experience required; data center experience preferred.
• Experience in CSA/MEP construction management required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and project management tools like MS Project or P6.

Responsibilities

• Lead master planning through project closeout for multiple construction projects.
• Create and manage budgets, monthly forecasts and variances.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders and drive project delivery.
• Manage direct reports, third‑party PM resources and staffing utilization.
• Ensure design criteria and construction align with operational goals and leases.
