Job summary

The position requires a BS in construction management or related field, 3+ years in project engineering, and strong scheduling/QA/QC capabilities. Travel 10–30% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years in project engineering on construction projects; 5 years preferred.
• Experience CSA/MEP construction management and data centers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFIs, submittals, and meeting documentation for assigned scopes.
• Manage project schedule and budget reporting, forecasts, and pay applications.
• Coordinate design teams and construction activities with Operations staff.
• Support commissioning activities and prepare QA/QC reviews.
• Drive procurement tracking and preconstruction/buyout activities.
