Job summary

Vantage is seeking a Senior Project Engineer in Reno, NV to drive construction coordination across Sales, Operations and design-build partners. You will oversee submittals, RFIs, change orders, schedule and budget, and participate in commissioning to meet customer milestones.

You will mentor team members, manage procurement and billing actions, and ensure QA/QC while traveling approximately 10–30% as projects evolve. A background in CSA/MEP construction and data centers is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years as a project engineer in construction; 5 years preferred.
• Experience in CSA/MEP construction management and coordination.
• Data center project experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead project coordination across multiple teams in construction.
• Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and documentation.
• Oversee schedule, budget reporting, and forecast accuracy.
• Coordinate commissioning, design reviews, and QA/QC.
• Support procurement, billing, and contract administration.
• Ensure safety compliance and site risk controls.
