Job summary

Vantage is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to lead project engineers across one or more data center buildings. You will drive preconstruction, procurement, commissioning, and turnover to Operations, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget alignment.

Responsibilities include leading safety and quality, managing stakeholder relationships, and delivering value engineering while maintaining compliance with codes and lease requirements. Remote travel may be 10–30%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years as project engineer or related construction management role; 10+ preferred.
• Experience in CSA/MEP construction management and data center projects is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor construction teams across one or more buildings.
• Own project financial performance, forecasting, and cost control.
• Oversee preconstruction, buyout, and contractor selection processes.
