Job summary

Vantage Data Centers LLC is seeking a Senior Project Engineer, on-site in Reno, NV, to coordinate multiple construction scopes and drive scheduling, budgeting, and commissioning efforts across design-build teams. The role requires strong leadership, risk management, and collaboration with operations and sales to deliver reliable data centers.

The candidate will manage RFIs, submittals, and contractor billing while supporting safety programs and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years as a project engineer on construction projects; 5 years preferred.
• Experience with CSA/MEP construction management and data center projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFIs, submittals, and meeting documentation for assigned scopes.
• Assist schedule and budget reporting, monthly forecasting, and EAC reporting.
• Manage procurement tracking, buyout activities, and pay applications.
• Coordinate startup/ commissioning activities and readiness for customer milestones.
• Collaborate with internal teams and contractors to ensure design compliance and QA/QC.
