Job summary

Vantage is seeking a Construction Manager to lead multi‑building data center projects from preconstruction through turnover. You will manage a team of project engineers, coordinate with Sales, Operations and design partners, and drive safety, quality, and schedule adherence across complex facilities.

The role requires 5+ years in construction management, CSA/MEP experience, and a strong track record in delivering technically demanding data center projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, or similar field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a project engineer in assisting or supervising construction projects of increasing complexity required; 7+ years preferred.
• Experience in CSA (civil, structural, architectural) and/or MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) construction management is a requirement
• Complex and technical construction experience is required
• Data Center experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead overall project delivery, including scope, schedule, budget, and risk management across all phases.
• Oversee preconstruction, due diligence, and buyout activities, including contractor selection and scope alignment.
• Lead coordination across internal stakeholders, design teams, trade partners, and Operations to ensure alignment with design intent, budget, and long‑term facility operations.
• Monitor project financials, including forecasting, monthly reporting, and EAC tracking, in coordination with project controls and CCF teams.
• Lead startup, commissioning, and closeout activities, including schedule management, system validation, and facility turnover to Operations.
• Drive customer engagement, ensuring requirements are captured, integrated into design, and delivered throughout the project lifecycle.
