Expertise Delivered is seeking a seasoned Construction Manager for our Reno, NV site. You will oversee all project phases, coordinating with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure on-time, on-budget, and safe delivery.

The role emphasizes leadership, proactive issue resolution, and clear communication with clients and senior management. The ideal candidate has data center project exposure, a PMI/CCM/PMP background, and proven budgeting and scheduling skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role, preferably with data center experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering preferred.
• Certifications such as PMP or CCM are preferred.
• Experience with budgeting, scheduling software, and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects from planning to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to meet requirements and specs.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, monitor progress.
• Ensure safety regulations are followed and promote a safety culture on sites.
• Lead and mentor construction teams and foster inclusion.
• Manage procurement of materials and services for projects.
• Identify and resolve project issues and delays proactively.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication for transparency and alignment.
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and clients.
