Job summary

Vantage Data Centers Management Company LLC seeks a Senior Construction Projects Director onsite to lead new development, design, permitting, and all construction aspects. This role coordinates multiple teams and aligns delivery with strategic objectives, including sales collaboration and client interface.

The position requires 10–12 years of management experience, CSA/MEP construction expertise, and proficiency with MS Project or Primavera P6.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, or similar field, or equivalent experience.
10–12 years of management experience; data center experience preferred.
Experience in CSA (civil, structural, architectural) and MEP construction management required.

Responsibilities

Lead all aspects of construction including master planning, pre-construction, design, permitting, entitlements, bidding, construction, commissioning and closeout.
Create and manage project budgets and monthly forecasts with variances.
Coordinate internal stakeholders and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Manage direct reports and third‑party project management resources; track staffing utilization.
Oversee multiple projects across campuses from concept to commissioning and ensure compliance with design criteria and leases.
Review monthly billing and confirm substantiation against budgets; drive lessons learned into continuous improvement.
