Quality Technology Services, LLC is seeking a Development Program Manager (Data Center Construction) to lead design, pre-construction and construction activities onsite up to 50–75% of the time. You will coordinate with Facilities, Contractors, Engineers and Operations to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery across campuses.

The role requires 8+ years in commercial construction and strong communication, with proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for updates and budgeting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Eight or more years of professional experience in commercial construction practices and procedures.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite, specifically PowerPoint for executive updates, and Excel for budgets.
• Onsite to monitor project progress 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects on a campus and maintain updated budgets, schedules, and status reports.
• Create and communicate monthly development program updates for executive reviews.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop a master development program and budget.
• Manage entitlement and permitting needs for each site project.
