Job summary

Quality Technology Services, LLC in Fayetteville, GA is seeking a Development Project Manager to lead design, preconstruction, and construction on data center projects. You will coordinate daily with Facilities, Contractors, Designers, Engineers, and Operations staff to ensure program success.

You will drive master development plans, permitting, multi-phase site development, and cost estimates to deliver projects on time and within budget while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Five+ years of professional experience in commercial construction practices and procedures (Lump Sum, CM @ Risk, Design Build).
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel for budgets and updates.
• Travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects on campus sites with budgets, schedules, and status reports.
• Create and communicate monthly updates for executive reviews.
• Develop master development programs including site design and budget.
• Manage entitlement and permitting needs for each site project.
• Monitor budgets and cost-to-date, ensuring on-time completion.
