Job summary

Digitas, part of Publicis Groupe and located in the Plano area, is seeking a Senior Analyst to deliver data-driven marketing insights for large client accounts. You will work with data leadership and analysts across disciplines to drive segmentation, measurement, personalization, and forecasting initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in Marketing Analytics or a related field.
• Strong critical thinking and proactive mindset.
• Basic knowledge of ad tech, martech, and data tools across multiple channels.
• Experience using Excel for analysis, including pivot tables and data visualizations.
• Hands-on analytics experience with marketing or media platforms like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics.
• Data visualization experience with Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio or similar.
• Understanding and experience with Google Ads, Google Cloud Platform, and BigQuery.
• Programming languages (R, Python, SQL) applied to modeling or forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze performance data for one or more client tracks.
• Compile regular reporting deliverables, including insight delivery.
• Build ad-hoc analyses to uncover learnings.
• Craft client-facing presentations with data visualizations.
• Identify client needs to guide analysis and propose projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams to build recommendations and optimizations from data trends.
• Own data portions of client presentations and present as needed.
• Communicate complex ideas to client contacts and internal partners.
• Guide measurement planning and data requirements for technical implementation.
