Job summary

Digitas, a Networked Experience Agency, seeks a Manager, Data & Analysis to lead a team of Analysts and drive data-driven growth for clients. You’ll translate complex measurements into actionable strategies across channels, partnering with paid media and other internal teams to optimize campaigns and budgets.

You will oversee forecasting, client reporting, and stay ahead on industry trends and new data opportunities to solve marketing challenges across Media, Creative, CRM, and eCommerce.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in analytics or strategy at an ad agency, management consulting, or ad tech
• Experience with paid media and coordinating with media strategy teams
• Experience managing a team
• Ability to translate data and measurement into clear business recommendations
• Experience interpreting MMM results and applying insights to media strategy

Responsibilities

• Provide and present strategic, data-driven recommendations across channels to improve ROI
• Collaborate with paid media and media strategy teams to optimize budgets and programs
• Serve as analytics partner to paid media teams to inform media strategy and optimization
• Interpret marketing measurement results and translate findings into actionable recommendations
• Develop and maintain forecasts in Excel for budgets and projections
• Lead Analysts and Senior Analysts through client reporting and growth
• Serve as a resource on industry trends and analytical tools
• Evaluate new data opportunities aligned with client priorities
