Job summary

You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, build scalable data pipelines, and apply ML techniques to deliver measurable outcomes while navigating a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience mining data for decision-focused insights.
• Expertise in statistical and analytical methods, including regression, causal inference, experimentation and ML.
• Proficiency in Python or R and SQL; experience with Hadoop or GCP; Spark/Linux preferred.
• Interest in applying analytics to marketing problems such as media optimization and customer experience.
• Self-starter in a fast-paced, flat organization; able to handle ambiguity.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Google Gemini) a plus for coding and ideation.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate and reframing marketing and business questions into analytical plans.
• Ingest, access and integrate disparate big data sources with distributed computing.
• Conduct extensive exploratory analysis to identify insights and transformations.
• Apply quantitative techniques and ML methods to uncover patterns in data.
• Build and test scalable data pipelines or models for real-time applications.
• Summarize and communicate analytic concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to set analytics objectives and timelines.
• Share knowledge to advance the Data Science practice.
