Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Sr. Data Analyst to perform analyses that back recommendations with sound data findings and thorough data research. You will review data to improve effectiveness and predict outcomes for business intelligence.

The role sits within Data Science & Analytics, focusing on ad-hoc and structured data to drive insights and support reporting needs across global real estate markets and assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience; combination of experience and education considered in lieu of degree; Master’s degree preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Ability to understand possible solutions using technical experience to apply judgment and precedents.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate data aggregation and curate complex reports using BI and reporting applications.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses reflecting global real estate markets and operations of real estate assets.
• Develop data structures and pipelines to organize, collect, cleanse, and standardize information to generate insights.
