Job summary

CBRE Sr. Data Analyst role focuses on turning data into actionable insights for business decisions in the data science & analytics function. You will ensure recommendations are backed by thorough data research and support reporting needs across real estate assets.

Responsibilities include data aggregation, pipeline development, and presenting a detailed data story to multiple levels of the organization while maintaining data quality and collaborating with an agile team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• A combination of experience and education will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate data aggregation and curate complex reports using BI and reporting applications.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses of structured and unstructured data across global real estate markets.
• Develop data structures and pipelines to organize, cleanse, and standardize information for insights.
