Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to solve slightly complex problems using technical judgment.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate data aggregation and curate complex reports using BI tools.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses reflecting real estate markets and asset operations.
• Develop data structures and pipelines to organize, cleanse, and standardize data.
• Define data requirements and apply statistical tests.
• Present detailed data stories to multiple levels of the organization.
• Collaborate with agile teams to improve processes and programs.
