Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Sr. Data Analyst to perform analyses that back business conclusions with sound data findings and thorough data research.

You will work within the Data Science & Analytics function to review data supporting improved effectiveness and predictive insights for real estate assets. Responsibilities include coordinating data aggregation, developing data pipelines, and presenting detailed data stories to leadership while maintaining data quality and integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2–5 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination.
• Understanding of procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.
• Ability to apply technical judgment and precedents to possible solutions.
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate data aggregation and curate complex reports using BI and reporting applications.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses reflecting market conditions and asset operations.
• Develop data structures and pipelines to organize, collect, cleanse, and standardize information for insights.
• Define complex data requirements and gather information using judgment and statistical tests.
• Use programming and evaluation tools to plan models and extract insights.
• Identify opportunities to maximize data usage and improve business performance.
• Develop ad-hoc reporting based on existing data sources.
• Present a detailed data story to multiple levels of the organization.
• Ensure quality and integrity of data sources.
• Collaborate with the agile team to enhance processes and programs.
