Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Sr. Data Analyst in the United States to perform analyses that support business conclusions with sound data research.

You will work within the Data Science & Analytics function to review data that informs business intelligence and predicts outcomes for real estate assets and markets. The role involves coordinating data aggregation, building data pipelines, and presenting a detailed data story to stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
Master's degree preferred.
Understanding of procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.
Ability to apply technical judgment to proposed solutions.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

Coordinate data aggregation and curate complex reports using BI and reporting tools.
Perform ad-hoc analyses reflecting global real estate markets and asset operations.
Develop data structures and pipelines to organize, cleanse, and standardize information.
Define data requirements and gather information using statistical tests.
Collaborate with the agile development team to improve processes.
