CBRE seeks a Sr. Data Analyst to perform analyses that back business conclusions with robust data findings. The role sits in Data Science & Analytics, focusing on improving effectiveness and predicting outcomes to support business intelligence.

The ideal candidate will manage data aggregation, build pipelines, and present detailed data stories while ensuring data quality and collaborating with an agile team to enhance processes and programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. A combination of experience and education will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.
• Ability to understand possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate data aggregation and curate complex reports using BI and reporting tools.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis of structured and unstructured data reflecting global real estate markets and asset operations.
• Develop data structures and pipelines to organize, cleanse, and standardize information for insights.
• Define data requirements and gather information using judgment and statistical tests.
• Use programming tools to plan models and extract insights.
• Identify opportunities to maximize data usage and apply modeling to improve performance.
• Develop ad-hoc reporting from existing data sources.
• Present a detailed data story to multiple levels of the organization.
• Ensure data quality and integrity of sources.
