Job summary

As a CBRE Sr. Data Analyst, you will perform analyses to ensure that business recommendations are backed by data findings and research. You will review data to support improving effectiveness and predicting outcomes to develop business intelligence.

You will coordinate data aggregation, build complex reports, and develop data pipelines while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights and strong data storytelling across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Combination of experience and education will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate data aggregation and curate complex reports using BI and reporting applications.
• Perform ad-hoc strategic review of structured and unstructured data reflecting global real estate markets and operations of real estate assets.
• Develop data structures and pipelines to organize, collect, cleanse, and standardize information to generate insights.
• Define complex data requirements and gather information using judgment and statistical tests.
• Use programming and evaluation tools, including open-source programs to plan models and extract insights.
• Identify opportunities to maximize data usage and apply modeling to develop new strategies.
• Develop ad-hoc reporting based on existing data sources.
• Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations.
