Job summary

Crowe is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Consultant to optimize post-go-live performance for clients. You will work in a remote-first environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to turn existing investments into measurable value across inventory, procurement, and warehouse operations.

The role emphasizes turning business pain points into prioritized improvements, guiding projects from discovery through execution, and applying AI-driven automation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of hands-on D365 Supply Chain Management experience, including production environments.
• Proven track record closing the gap between designed capability and actual usage.
• Strong experience with core D365 SCM modules: Inventory, Procurement, Sales & Marketing, Warehouse Management.

Responsibilities

• Assess live D365 Supply Chain Management environments to identify underused capabilities, configuration drift, and gaps between designed processes and actual usage.
• Optimize advanced SCM capabilities in production to close performance and adoption gaps.
• Advise clients on supply chain process improvements to realize value from existing implementations.
• Gather and analyze ongoing business pain points and translate them into a prioritized enhancement roadmap and system configuration changes.
• Contribute to Crowe's optimization methodologies and mentor team members.
