Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (D365 SCM) in live production environments.
• Strong understanding of inventory, procurement, warehouse, and planning processes in real-world conditions.
• Proven ability to translate business pain points into prioritized enhancement roadmaps and system changes.

Responsibilities

• Lead live optimization and continuous improvement for D365 SCM post-go-live.
• Identify gaps between designed processes and actual usage, and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver measurable supply chain value.
• Mentor teammates and contribute to Crowe's optimization methodologies and accelerators.
