Crowe is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Consultant to optimize post-go-live operations across inventory, procurement, and warehouse functions. The role centers on turning an existing investment into measurable value with autonomy and a clear path to practice leadership.

You will partner with clients already live on D365 SCM, shaping enhancement roadmaps and mentoring teams while applying agentic AI-driven automation to improve efficiency and insights in real-world

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of hands-on D365 Supply Chain Management experience including production environments.
• Proven track record identifying and closing gaps between designed capability and actual usage.
• Strong experience with core D365 SCM modules: Inventory Management, Procurement and Sourcing, Sales and Marketing, Warehouse Management.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes including procurement, inventory, manufacturing, distribution, and logistics.
• Ability to lead enhancement and optimization roadmaps and guide teams through execution.
• Excellent communication skills with experience engaging C-suite and director-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assess live D365 Supply Chain Management environments to identify underused capability and gaps between designed process and actual usage.
• Optimize production SCM capabilities to close performance and adoption gaps.
• Advise clients on inventory optimization, demand planning, procurement, and warehouse efficiencies.
• Translate business pain points into prioritized enhancement roadmaps and system configuration changes.
• Mentor team members and help grow the post-go-live optimization offering.
• Expand client relationships and grow the practice's optimization services.
