Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Lead Cybersecurity Trainer to oversee the development, delivery, coordination, and assessment of cybersecurity training for the TN22 workforce supporting DISA GSM-O II. Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance is required.
• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience; additional years may substitute.
• Experience delivering cybersecurity or DoD IT training in large distributed environments.
• Experience developing training content, lessons, and learner assessments.
• Familiarity with DoD 8140 and DoD Cyber Workforce Framework work roles.
• Experience coordinating with government and contractor stakeholders.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, delivery, and improvement of cybersecurity training for the TN22 workforce.
• Deliver instructor-led, virtual, hands-on, and scenario-based training for cyber defense and CSSP missions.
• Develop and maintain training materials, lesson plans, instructor guides, and assessments.
• Coordinate with DoD roles to align training with DoD 8140 and qualification requirements.
• Assess learner performance and readiness through exams and exercises.
• Coordinate across multiple sites, work centers, and shifts.
• Maintain training documentation and qualification records.
• Provide mentorship to junior trainers and training coordinators.
• Brief leadership on training execution and risks.
