Job summary

Leidos seeks a Lead Cybersecurity Trainer to guide the design, delivery, coordination, and assessment of cybersecurity training for the TN22 workforce, supporting DISA GSM-O II CSSP services. As a senior instructor and training SME, you will ensure timely, relevant, and mission-aligned training, collaborating with Government stakeholders, program managers, and site coordinators across distributed sites.

This role supports a geographically distributed workforce across multiple sites and shifts,

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI clearance required.
Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience preferred.
Experience delivering large-scale cybersecurity and DoD training.
Experience developing lesson plans, exercises, and assessments.
Knowledge of DoD Cyber Workforce Framework and 8140 concepts.

Responsibilities

Lead design, development, delivery, and continuous improvement of cybersecurity training for the TN22 workforce.
Deliver instructor-led, virtual, hands-on, and scenario-based training for cyber defense and CSSP missions.
Develop and maintain materials, lesson plans, guides, exercises, assessments, and records.
Coordinate training with DoD roles, contractual requirements, and mission priorities.
Assess learner performance and training effectiveness; update content accordingly.
Capture lessons learned and support readiness validation activities.
