Job summary

Leidos seeks a Lead Cybersecurity Trainer to lead development, delivery, coordination, and assessment of cybersecurity training for the TN22 workforce supporting DISA GSM-O II TN22 programs. This senior role ensures timely, mission-aligned instruction across a geographically distributed team, coordinating with government stakeholders and trainers.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance; able to maintain clearance eligibility.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in cybersecurity training or related field.
• Experience delivering cybersecurity training in large, distributed organizations.
• Knowledge of DoD Cyber Workforce Framework and DoD 8140.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, delivery, and continuous improvement of cybersecurity training for the TN22 workforce.
• Deliver instructor-led, virtual, hands-on, and scenario-based training supporting cyber defense and CSSP missions.
• Develop and maintain training materials, lesson plans, instructor guides, student guides, exercises, assessments, and training records.
• Coordinate with DoD and program stakeholders to align training with work roles and contractual requirements.
• Assess learner performance and training effectiveness through checks, exercises, and readiness assessments.
• Identify training gaps and recommend actions to program leadership.
• Plan and execute collective training events, exercises, and readiness validation activities.
