Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Lead Cybersecurity Trainer in the Digital Sector to lead development, delivery, coordination, and assessment of cybersecurity training for the TN22 workforce. The role serves as a senior instructor and subject-matter expert, ensuring timely and mission-aligned training to support operational readiness.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance or eligibility.
• 8+ years of relevant experience with a degree; more years may substitute.
• Experience delivering cybersecurity, IT, network operations, or operational training at scale.
• Knowledge of DoD cyber workforce concepts, DoD 8140, and DoD Cyber Workforce Framework work roles.
• Ability to coordinate with Government, contractor, technical, and operational stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, delivery, and continuous improvement of cybersecurity training for the TN22 workforce.
• Deliver instructor‑led, virtual, hands‑on, and scenario‑based training.
• Develop and maintain training materials, lesson plans, instructor guides, student guides, exercises, assessments, and records.
• Coordinate training plans with DoD requirements and program priorities.
• Assess learner performance and training effectiveness; identify gaps and actions.
