Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Cybersecurity Training Manager to lead the TN22 cybersecurity training and readiness program across a distributed workforce supporting DISA GSM-O II.

The role partners with program leadership, government stakeholders, and technical leads to assess readiness, close training gaps, and deliver timely readiness reports that inform decision making. Active TS/SCI clearance and a Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 12+ years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing cybersecurity, IT, or operational training programs in a large, distributed organization.
• Experience with DoD cyber workforce concepts, including DoD 8140 and DoD Cyber Workforce Framework work roles.
• Experience developing readiness metrics and executive-level reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and continuous improvement of the TN22 cybersecurity training and readiness program.
• Develop and maintain training plans aligned to DoD work roles and contract requirements.
• Track qualification status, training completion, and development plans.
• Establish readiness metrics, dashboards, and recurring reports for stakeholders.
• Identify gaps and recommend prioritized training and remediation actions.
• Coordinate training schedules and resources across multiple sites and shifts.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation for training requirements.
• Brief leadership and government stakeholders on readiness and risks.
