Leidos in the United States seeks a Lead Cybersecurity Trainer to lead the design, development, delivery, coordination, and assessment of cybersecurity training for the TN22 workforce supporting DISA GSM-O II. You will serve as a senior instructor and SME, ensuring timely, mission-aligned training for a distributed workforce across multiple sites and shifts.

Competenze

• Active TS/SCI clearance or eligibility.
• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience delivering cybersecurity training in large, distributed organizations.
• Knowledge of DoD cyber workforce concepts and DoD 8140.
• Ability to coordinate with government and contractor stakeholders.

• Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of cybersecurity training for the TN22 workforce.
• Deliver instructor-led, virtual, hands-on, and scenario-based training supporting cyber defense and operations.
• Coordinate with leads to ensure content reflects current tools, procedures, threats, and priorities.
• Assess learner performance and readiness; identify gaps and recommend actions to leadership.
• Maintain training records, qualifications, and documentation across sites.
