Job summary

Leidos in the United States seeks a Lead Cybersecurity Trainer to lead the design, development, delivery, coordination, and assessment of cybersecurity training for the TN22 workforce supporting DISA GSM-O II. You will serve as a senior instructor and SME, ensuring timely, mission-aligned training for a distributed workforce across multiple sites and shifts.

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI clearance or eligibility.
Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience.
Experience delivering cybersecurity training in large, distributed organizations.
Knowledge of DoD cyber workforce concepts and DoD 8140.
Ability to coordinate with government and contractor stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of cybersecurity training for the TN22 workforce.
Deliver instructor-led, virtual, hands-on, and scenario-based training supporting cyber defense and operations.
Coordinate with leads to ensure content reflects current tools, procedures, threats, and priorities.
Assess learner performance and readiness; identify gaps and recommend actions to leadership.
Maintain training records, qualifications, and documentation across sites.
