Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Cybersecurity Training Manager to lead the TN22 cybersecurity training and workforce readiness across a geographically distributed program supporting DISA GSM-O II. You will partner with program management, training staff, site coordinators, and Government stakeholders to assess readiness, identify gaps, develop remediation plans, and deliver decision-ready readiness reports.

This role requires TS/SCI clearance, a related bachelor’s degree, 12+ years of experience, and proven

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI clearance.
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with 12+ years experience; additional years may be substituted.
Experience leading cybersecurity or training programs in a large, distributed organization.
Familiarity with DoD cyber workforce concepts including DoD 8140 and DoD Cyber Workforce Framework.
Experience producing executive-ready reports and briefings.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, execution, and continuous improvement of the TN22 cybersecurity training and readiness program.
Develop training plans aligned to DoD work roles and contract requirements.
Track qualification status, training completion, and development plans across sites.
Establish readiness metrics, dashboards, and recurring reports for stakeholders.
Identify gaps and recommend prioritized training and remediation actions.
Coordinate training schedules and resources across multiple sites and shifts.
Maintain audit-ready records supporting training and reporting requirements.
