Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with eligibility.
• Experience delivering cybersecurity, IT, or operational training in large or distributed orgs.
• Experience developing and maintaining training content (lesson plans, exercises, assessments).
• Knowledge of DoD cyber workforce concepts including DoD 8140 and related work roles.
• Ability to identify gaps and assess training effectiveness.
• Strong coordination with government, contractors, and technical stakeholders.
• Excellent written, verbal, and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, delivery, and improvement of cybersecurity training for the TN22 workforce.
• Deliver instructor-led, virtual, hands-on, and scenario-based training aligned to DoD requirements.
• Create and maintain training materials, lesson plans, instructor guides, and assessments.
• Coordinate with program leaders and site coordinators across multiple sites and shifts.
• Assess learner performance and readiness through checks and exercises.
• Capture lessons learned and update content to reflect evolving threats and tools.
• Provide mentorship to junior trainers and brief leadership on training status.
