Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Cybersecurity Training Manager to lead the TN22 cybersecurity training and readiness program across a distributed workforce supporting DISA GSM-O II. You will partner with program leadership, site coordinators, and government stakeholders to assess readiness, identify gaps, and deliver decision-ready reports.

Requires active TS/SCI, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and 12+ years of relevant experience in cybersecurity or training programs.

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI clearance.
12+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's or equivalent.
Experience managing cybersecurity or training programs in a distributed organization.
Knowledge of DoD cyber workforce concepts and DoD 8140.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, execution, and continuous improvement of the TN22 cybersecurity training and readiness program.
Develop and maintain training plans aligned to DoD 8140 work roles and contract requirements.
Track qualification status, training completion, and individual development plans.
Establish and maintain readiness metrics, dashboards, and recurring reports for stakeholders.
Coordinate training schedules and resources across multiple sites and shifts.
