Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Lead Cybersecurity Trainer to oversee the design, delivery, and assessment of cybersecurity training for the TN22 workforce across multiple sites. You will ensure training aligns with DoD standards and mission needs and coordinate with program managers and government stakeholders.

The role involves developing materials, delivering instructor-led and virtual sessions, assessing effectiveness, and maintaining training records to support readiness and compliance.

Qualifications

Active Top Secret/SCI clearance or eligibility.
Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity or related field with 8+ years of experience.
Experience delivering cybersecurity or IT training in large, distributed organizations.

Responsibilities

Lead design, development, delivery, and continuous improvement of cybersecurity training for the TN22 workforce.
Deliver instructor-led, virtual, hands-on, and scenario-based training for cyber defense and CSSP missions.
Coordinate with DoD workforce frameworks and stakeholders to align content with requirements.
Assess learner performance, readiness, and training effectiveness.
Maintain training documentation, records, and artifacts across multiple sites.
