Job summary

CrowdStrike Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Technical Account Manager to provide proactive technical support for Premium Support customers. You will onboard new clients, ensure their success through health checks, training, and best practices, and advocate for customer needs internally.

Travel up to 25% may be required. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree, strong Windows Server experience, and excellent communication skills, plus knowledge of AI-enabled security solutions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical contact and augment customer support teams.
• Onboard new customers to CrowdStrike platforms.
• Conduct proactive health checks, trainings, and share best practices.
• Advocate for customers with internal teams and document feedback.
• Engage with stakeholders from SOC to C-suite to drive success.
• Escalate issues when needed and manage cross-functional resolutions.
