Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Sr. Technical Account Manager for Falcon Cloud Security (Remote) to serve as the primary technical contact for strategic Premium Support customers. You will onboard new customers, drive health checks, trainings, and share best practices to ensure ongoing success.

You will advocate for customers, coordinate with internal teams, and help shape renewal strategies while identifying opportunities for account expansion. Travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with cloud-native services and environments.
• Knowledge of enterprise applications and cloud security architectures.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical contact and augment support teams.
• Onboard new customers to the CrowdStrike platforms.
• Ensure customer success through health checks and training.
• Escalate issues and manage resolutions with cross-functional teams.
• Create knowledge base content to capture new learnings.
• Support sales in identifying account expansion opportunities.
