You will onboard new customers, drive health checks, training, and best practices while advocating for customers with internal teams to document feedback.

Travel up to 25% and a focus on AI-enabled workflows define this role, with opportunities to influence across SOC, C-suite, and engineering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with cloud-native services, infrastructure, and environments.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical contact and augment our customer support teams.
• Onboard new customers to the CrowdStrike platforms.
