Qualificações

• 6+ years of technical pre‑sales experience, SaaS sales preferred.
• Record of meeting targets and executing multi‑product, complex deals.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and present technical value.

Responsabilidades

• Own end‑to‑end technical ownership for accounts across lifecycle.
• Define and communicate technical solutions aligning with customer priorities.
• Build strategic account plans with cross‑functional teams to drive wins.
• Lead advanced discovery and validate solutions with customers.
• Develop and deliver technical demonstrations, briefs, and workshops.
• Foster executive relationships (C‑level) to drive transformation roadmaps.
• Ensure ongoing adoption and health of deployed solutions.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Customer Success, and Partners.
• Travel up to 50% within territory.
