Qualificações

• 6+ years of technical pre‑sales experience, preferably in SaaS.
• History of meeting or exceeding sales targets, including seven‑figure opportunities.
• Proven ability to influence and gain buy‑in from key stakeholders.
• Experience creating and delivering customized technical presentations, workshops, or validations.
• Pre‑sales experience in large, complex enterprises with multi‑product solutions.
• Technical expertise in Networking, Network Security, Cybersecurity, Cloud Security, SOC/Endpoint, SASE, or AI Security.
• Experience partnering with Customer Success or Support to drive adoption.
• Experience architecting cybersecurity solutions addressing technical challenges and business initiatives.
• Curiosity to self‑develop skills in emerging domains and leverage AI.

Responsabilidades

• Act as primary technical advisor for assigned accounts and ensure ongoing health.
• Identify optimization opportunities and guide customers toward continued value and adoption.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless, outcome‑driven customer journey.
