Job summary

IBM Consulting is seeking a Business Sales & Delivery Leader in Cybersecurity to drive growth and revenue across our cybersecurity solutions portfolio. You will manage the full sales-to-delivery lifecycle, expand the client base, and ensure premier cybersecurity services and outcomes.

You will lead cross-functional teams, partner with clients and leadership to translate cyber risk into business terms, and stay ahead of market trends to secure long-term engagements and profitability.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity or technology risk consulting.
Experience selling and delivering cybersecurity engagements within financial services (banking, capital markets, insurance, and/or payments).
Track record advising C-suite and board-level stakeholders and translating technical risk into business terms.
Strong working knowledge of financial services regulatory and compliance frameworks relevant to cybersecurity and risk (e.g., FFIEC, NYDFS 23 NYCRR 500, GLBA, SOX, PCI DSS).
Experience leading large, cross-functional delivery teams and managing multimillion-dollar engagement portfolios, including P&L ownership.
Willingness to travel to client sites as needed (typically 60%).
Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Drive Signings and Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies to expand the client base and increase revenue from cybersecurity solutions, tailoring approaches to meet the unique needs of each client.
Deliver High-Quality Solutions: Manage the entire sales and delivery process, from initial contact to post-sales support, ensuring high-quality cybersecurity services and solutions that meet client needs.
Foster Client Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities for growth, driving long-term partnerships and business expansion.
Develop Market Strategies: Stay deeply informed about the cybersecurity market, leveraging this knowledge to refine sales and delivery strategies that capitalize on emerging trends and client demands.
