IBM Consulting is seeking a Business Sales & Delivery Leader in Cybersecurity to drive revenue growth and oversee delivery of complex cybersecurity engagements. You will shape strategies to expand the client base, manage high‑impact projects, and maintain long-term client partnerships across industries.

The role requires deep cybersecurity expertise, strategic sales acumen, and proven ability to lead large, cross‑functional teams while delivering high‑quality services.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity or technology risk consulting, including at a professional services or consulting firm.
• Experience selling and delivering cybersecurity engagements within financial services.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (FFIEC, NYDFS 23 NYCRR 500, GLBA, SOX, PCI DSS; awareness of DORA).
• Track record advising C-suite and board-level stakeholders and translating risk into business terms.
• Experience leading large, cross-functional delivery teams and managing multimillion-dollar engagement portfolios with P&L ownership.
• Proven business development skills including origination, proposal development, and closing engagements.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Willingness to travel to client sites (typically 40-60%).
