Job summary

Accenture is seeking a hands-on Senior Engineer with deep expertise in Google Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience (GECX) and Google Cloud Platform. You will work directly with clients, support senior architects, and contribute to end-to-end delivery of modern GECX solutions across multiple geographies.

You’ll develop and deploy GECX, stay ahead of industry trends, guide delivery teams, and help design scalable, AI-powered customer experience platforms.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technology transformation focused on Conversational AI, CCaaS or cloud-based contact center solutions.
• 5+ years in contact center technologies, including AI agent building and CCaaS strategies on major platforms.
• 5+ years aligning technology with contact center benchmarks, quality metrics and agent scorecards.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (12 years total) is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy end-to-end delivery of GECX solutions for clients in a global, large-scale setting.
• Architect and advise on integration of GECX offerings with client environments.
• Design and engineer enterprise-ready AI agents with retrieval, orchestration, and lifecycle observability.
• Configure and implement GECX CCaaS in client environments within architectural constraints.
• Plan and estimate delivery work using Agile methods and coordinate on/offshore resources.
• Manage onshore and offshore project teams through the lifecycle.
• Capture high‑level business requirements and translate them into epics and stories.
