Job summary

Accenture, a premier Google Cloud partner, seeks a hands-on Senior Engineer for Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience (GECX) solutions. You will design, implement, and deliver end-to-end GECX deployments, collaborating with senior architects and client delivery teams.

You will contribute to technical strategy, stay current with industry trends, and help drive growth across global client programs in a fast-changing cloud environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technology transformation focusing on Conversational AI, CCaaS or cloud-based contact center solutions.
• 5+ years in contact center technologies with AI agent building, migration and implementation on multiple platforms.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy end-to-end delivery lifecycle of complex, global service technology solutions for customer channel solutions.
• Architect and provide technical recommendations between GECX products and the client environment.
• Design and engineer enterprise-ready AI agents with retrieval, orchestration, routing, tool invocation, evaluation harnesses, and observability.
