Job summary

Accenture is seeking a hands-on Senior Engineer with deep experience in Google Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience (GECX) solutions and strong GCP skills. You will work directly with clients, support senior architects, and help deliver end-to-end transformations for contact center modernization.

Role requires collaboration across onshore/offshore teams, agile planning, and deep technical execution. Travel may be required as projects demand.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technology transformation, focusing on Conversational AI, CCaaS or cloud-based contact center solutions.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with Contact Center technologies and best practices, including AI Agent building and CCaaS strategies across multiple platforms.
• Minimum of 5 years aligning technology capabilities with contact center benchmarks and metrics.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Works in a highly client-facing role to develop and deploy end-to-end delivery lifecycle of complex, global, large-scale service tech solutions.
• Architects and provides technical recommendations and analyses between GECX offerings and client environments.
• Designs and engineers enterprise-ready AI agents including retrieval, orchestration, routing, tool invocation, evaluation harnesses, and observability.
• Configures and implements GECX CCaaS solutions within client environments, aligning with requirements and constraints.
• Collaborates with software partners to design and deliver service-focused solutions.
• Plans and estimates delivery work with Agile methods, managing milestones, resources, scope, budget, risk, and offshore/onshore teams.
• Manages day-to-day on-site and off-shore project teams through the project lifecycle.
• Gathers high-level business requirements and translates them into epics and stories.
