Job summary

Accenture, a premier Google Cloud partner, is seeking a hands-on Senior Engineer to advance Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience (GECX) solutions and deepen expertise in Google Cloud Platform. You will work directly with clients and support senior architects in end-to-end project delivery.

The role emphasizes design, implementation, and delivery of complex, global service technology solutions, with travel as required and collaboration across onshore/offshore teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technology transformation, focusing on Conversational AI/CCaaS or cloud-based contact center solutions.
• 5+ years in contact center technologies, AI agent building and CCaaS on multiple platforms (AWS, Google, Genesys, Avaya, NICE).
• 5+ years aligning technology with contact center benchmarks, quality metrics and agent scorecards.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years); if Associate’s Degree, minimum 6 years experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy end-to-end delivery lifecycle of global, large-scale service technology solutions for customer channels.
• Architect and recommend integrations between GECX offerings and client environments.
• Design and engineer enterprise-ready AI agents with retrieval, orchestration, policy routing, tool invocation, evaluation, and observability.
• Configure and implement GECX CCaaS in client environments, integrating with end-to-end architectures.
• Plan and estimate delivery work with Agile, manage onshore and offshore teams, and define epics and stories.
