Job summary

Accenture is a premier Google Cloud partner empowering clients to modernize data ecosystems, enable real-time analytics, and responsibly scale AI. We seek a Senior Engineer to accelerate Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience (GECX) solutions and support delivery teams in end-to-end implementation.

You will work directly with clients and senior architects to design and deliver scalable GECX capabilities across global environments, aligning technology with business goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of technology transformation experience with Conversational AI, CCaaS or cloud-based contact center solutions.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with Contact Center technologies and AI agent building across platforms.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (12 years total).

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy end-to-end delivery lifecycle of complex, global service technology solutions for customer channel solutions.
• Architect and provide technical recommendations and analysis between GECX product offerings and client environments.
• Design enterprise-ready AI agents with retrieval, orchestration, policy-based routing, tool invocation, evaluation harnesses, and lifecycle observability.
• Designs, configures and implements GECX CCaaS solutions in client environments within end-to-end architecture.
• Works with software and technology partners to design and deliver service-focused solutions.
• Plan and estimate delivery work with an Agile approach, managing on-shore and off-shore resources and budgets.
• Manage day-to-day on-shore and off-shore project teams and the ideation/gathering of requirements into epics and stories.
